How do you imagine infinity?

With the innocence of a child we imparted ourselves to glance at the world.
We shared our dreams whispering our demands and deeds to people we just met, because everyone was a stranger but also a potential companion. We had the courage to climb trees were the top was out of our sight.
We felt shame when we hurt someone and therefor shared our tears with those. We talked to animals, as they were our equals.
We felt rich with a few coins and the sweets we bought with them was experienced and never regretted.

We were thrilled of every trifling achievement, even if the letters that we wrote our names with could only be read by us. We believed we all were artists, writers and singers.
We made up languages and friends that only we could understand and see because our imagination said that the power of our thoughts was making anything possible.

When somebody asked us what we wanted to become when we grew up we told him or her the profession that we admired not what gave us financial security.

Grown ups blame the world for being hard to them claiming children are inexperienced.

But the truth is the world has always stayed bigger than our imagination. And what we knew as children and have been forgotten now is that there is always more, out of our sight and sometimes we have to climb the tree even if we don’t know if we might fall, even if we cant see the top, only because of the excitement to climb.
Just because our feet stopped growing doesn’t mean our footsteps did or ever will be.

Special cases

In a world of changes we are forced to face huge barriers, not only in our lifestyle but also in our hearts and minds. We fear the power of the restless searching for our aims. Life is a continues search for a target that is too abstract to put in words. Some people go through life simple and happy, others struggle to stay alive for the next day and we are those who are still searching. The needs to explore and learn are eating us from the inside and make us wild and untouchable. Easily attached to people and an environment but also quick if changes are required. The calmness and happiness are reflected on the outside while the inner war is hidden inside. A battle we cannot explain in words but the reason that we separate ourselves from society. It is not misery it is how we want it. We see with other eyes, we analyze and translate it to reality. Thoughts are carefully separated from the rest of society, not because it is a secret but because the knowledge is too real to face among people.

Love

Love is an equation without logic, one becomes two, two become one, one becomes four. Four for the battle each individual fight in themselves to make the right choices between the one and the two.
What is not told cannot be forced and time will tell if it will divide the one in two because of it, or make it stronger.
Would you let your soul get to know hell if it meant one day you can reach heaven together?

One for all.

Make mistakes

Our mistakes are not our shield to hide behind when life test our courage. Our mistakes are the fuel, our own proof that there is an opposite that for every wrong, there is a right.
Along with the people nature changes, demands changes, preferences change, we can not hold on to the roots we planted with those who raised us or we will only remain an eco for our future and children.

The dream is never the genuine accomplishment; it is the passageway for it.
If we would achieve our dream and not create new ones there would not be any reason for us to endure learning.

Our achievement can be short-lived while our mistakes have shaped us, for the better.
Mistakes are considered, discussed and allow us to see with the eyes of those who blame us. The consequences are learned and carved in stones, to become our scars and create our history.

Only questions without answers will make us strive further, hunger for more, keep our fire alive.
The knowledge that there is more that we yet have not discovered will make us forget age, commitments, temporary responsibilities, sorrows and restlessness.

Who are we?

We could be the slaves of our professions, the emblem for inspiration, the carrier of our title, we could even be marks from the scars or the blood stains on our hands.

We would perhaps response that we are the mirror of our parents, the sequel of our past and the tool of our future.
Some say they are the transformation, the force that strives to grow. Passions are used as the communicator of our inner and our silent words. We can become a new path, a soul of life..  We can be what we feel or we can become those we surround ourselves with.
We can be sons and daughters of our decisions, our mistakes and our achievements.
We are the home for our loved ones and an unknown planet for the faces we never recognized.
We can be the words of someone else; we can remain an invisible shape along with the aura we carry.
We could be what we wear, how we live, what we wish for.
Failure or success, we could let others define us by what we done or we could stop being who we were to become what we are.

It is not another day, It is an additional experience

I used to draw the sun as a flower until my teacher taught me that a sun should be drawn as a circle with lines surrounding it. Since then my sun never looked like a flower.I never thought about why the sun was a flower to me but I evoke each occasion we got new flowers at home we admired them, we spoke about them, beheld a vase to flatter them, put them in a place where their magnificence fulfilled the atmosphere. But then we gradually got used to them and they either rotted or became a ritual to be watered among all the other plants.

When the first signs of the sun appeared I saw how people woke up earlier, cleaned their homes so when the sunlight’s shined through their windows the dust and dirt would not distract the viewer from the unbeatable ease in a beautiful home. But after a while we remain what we were before, we make the sun part of our ritual, we ignore its beauty, its presence, the warmth until once again winter comes and cold makes us hide under layers of clothes wishing for summer to come back. But it is not only the sun that has become the victim of our constant desire to look either ahead or look back.

The beauty of each existence should not be something we take for granted. Because what are we without that tree we spent hours climbing when we were kids, left us scars and laughable stories for our children, the tree that carried our tree houses, the tree where we leaned our bike on when we were in a rush to practice?

Hope that what you became today will be apart of something better tomorrow.

where the benefits might not be necessary

I over and over again come to the consciousness that we consider ourselves helpful. That we feel sympathy and aim to make things better for those we care for. But there is another side to it. Speaking from my own experience the help I got has been when I didn’t ask for it.  When I didn’t expect our felt I needed the help many hands lifted me up and showed me the higher greatness.
We feel the need to help when someone opens their heart, we sense we can advice them to take better decisions, to become greater or to achieve a goal.  We then walk away with the feeling we helped, guided and bettered our karma.
But now I question it. Is it because of that pure light satisfaction we help? Do we help because we feel better by it? What if we had to sacrifice that very sensation we get from helping, would we still help?
Because when I reflect about it, a man begging for money makes us feel offended, when the sales assistant actively ask you for a donation with your purchase you feel forced, like the decision to help is not your own, even if it is. And often we choose not to. Too often we walk away defending our actions as fair because it made us uncomfortable.
When someone begs for your help you feel demanded, unfairly treated because that person has self-centred themselves and not you.
I don’t know many people sacrificing their own satisfaction of helping to the extent to save someone. We always feel like we have to be the one dragging up someone from the cliff while we are stable on our feet by chains that prevent us from falling down.
It goes with Darwin’s theory that the strongest survives. We don’t want to be thrown weakness in our aura, we reject the needy and we still portrait ourselves as heroes. Those times however we have helped when someone asked for it we have replaced the feeling of being a hero to be in misery. We blame those who asked us that they now forced us into their weak position.
We haven’t yet learned to give without expecting it back, because if we had asking for help would not beat the pride of ours, it would not communicate our weaknesses.
I feel the world we live in now don’t leave us much choice. We need to be self-centred to survive; we need to hide our needs to not be outvoted of evolution.
Or can we change? The first change comes from within, I aim to help even when it is formulated directly as close to a demand it can get. Because in this world when someone ask for help it is in their most desperate place, when there is no other way out. If I know that, I go against my nature if I say no. I take the risk to be used rather than the risk to not been brave enough to sacrifice. And that’s why I ask you now
If we made the sun happy without expecting it to shine would it still shine?

My answer is that we don’t know, and that will have to remain the beauty of our actions. A step to the unknown where the benefits might not be necessary and only the action in that instant will be meaningful.
